SES, the new integrated pre-industrialized forging system that allows for large spans without shoring, being up to 50% lighter than other solutions
The SES system for slabs integrates the structural functions of fire resistance and clean and polished appearance from its implementation. This slab is designed to achieve the maximum performance of its components. It minimizes the weight of the slab itself, as well as the time and equipment required for its implementation.
With intelligent geometry, it minimizes the use of materials to maximize its performance in the form of a flat or sloping slab that is very easy to install.
Designed for lightweight slabs and roofs. We have designed an element resistant to bending and shear forces, formed by several cold-formed metal sheets. These sheets have a tray-like shape and are assembled to form plates of different widths. The assembly is lightened with EPS formwork blocks and finished on the underside with an OSB wooden panel that provides rigidity to the assembly. If the system is SES-MIXTO, the top layer is finished with concrete, and if it is SES-SECO, it is finished with another OSB wooden panel, similar to the bottom one.
